Sharing Nature Wellness Programs provide uplifting and restorative experiences through nature for people in business, education, religion, and the public sector. Participants will enjoy life-changing exercises designed by world-renowned naturalist and author, Joseph Cornell.
Time spent in nature has been shown to greatly enhance one’s overall well-being and relations with others. Green environments reduce stress, strengthen the immune system, improve self-esteem, and enhance cognitive ability and concentration.
While any exposure with nature is beneficial, The Sky and Earth Touched Me programs engage people mindfully with nature’s benign and healing influence.
Your staff will experience a sense of wholeness with nature and with others; learn how to quiet their minds and open their hearts to all creation; and feel a sacred sense of communion with all Life.

Sharing Nature Wellness Program Offerings:
Two-Hour Experiential Lecture
This program is a lively interplay of lecture and experiential exercises to engage participants in experiencing wholeness and nature’s healing influence.
Three-Hour Workshop
In a Three-Hour workshop participants will receive an inspirational talk on the healing power of nature as well as a selection of nature exercises to feel a vibrant sense of well being and to promote group bonding and trust.
One-Day Workshop
In a One-Day Workshop participants will have six hours of joyful and restorative experiences in nature and will learn how to dynamically draw upon nature’s healing influences for greater inspiration and creativity. Participants will come away with a greater sense of well-being in body, mind and spirit and renewed harmony and trust among their coworkers.
Two-Day workshop and Retreat
This program includes the One-Day workshop as well as additional time to commune deeply with nature and with each other. Highlights include an experience of Cornell’s Flow Learning strategy: a remarkably effective method for guiding any group to greater peace, joy, and awareness. Participants also learn and practice meditation techniques to release stress and feel nature’s peace within oneself.
